Seeking candidates with construction or civil engineering experience to support daily production with pre and post pour inspection, reinforcement caging and weld inspection, concrete testing and form inspection. Qualified candidates will receive thorough training and industry certification with opportunity for continuing education specific to role. Seeking energetic, self-directed candidates with analytical/engineering mindset to work in team-oriented manufacturing environment. Must have a Quality Testing background. Excellent opportunity for high school graduates with vocational school exposure to civil engineering or project management coursework. Must be committed to safe work environment.

All potential candidates will have a background check and drug test prior to starting. Forklift Certifications are a plus! Immediate opening for Forklift Operator with at least 3-years’ experience operating commercial forklift in outdoor environment to join established manufacturer of precast concrete construction materials. Position entails operation of various size forklifts up to and including 35K capacity lift in 17-acre, outdoor environment to load customer and company vehicles. Must be able to learn attachment points, lifting equipment and to handle swinging loads. Includes movement of product from manufacturing facility and placement in outdoor, gravel-surfaced storage yard. Individual must be self-motivated, energetic, and highly safety conscious. Position involves teamwork and good communication skills with frequent customer interaction. We’re always looking for Fitters/Fabricators to join our team!
Immediate opening for experienced Pipe Fabricator at Monarch Precast Concrete. Has experience with commercial piping, flow control valves, and welding to support precast concrete vault manufacturing. Also, must be able to perform a wide range of technical duties within the plant and be able to adjust to working jobs according to ship dates. Position entails working from shop drawings and plans to produce custom-engineered concrete payload. Position will build engineered products for storm, sanitary, septic, meter utility, and commercial pump stations. Must be able to produce quality fabrication and do quality checks on products after fabrication, as well as assist in payload integration at construction sites. Opportunities to expand position based on proficiency, critical thinking, and ability to self-direct work independently toward completion of daily workload. We’re always looking for Flatbed Drivers to join our team!
Opening for full-time, company CDL-A truck driver with hydraulic crane experience. An active Class A CDL is required. Minimum 1-year experience as CDL-A is required. Experience operating hydraulic, boom or knuckle crane is preferred, but company will train and certify qualified candidates. Experience driving for construction materials or related industries a good fit. Driver is expected to load at company yard with precast concrete structures and deliver and place at commercial or residential construction sites. Primary trip radius within hour drive time from Allentown, PA with additional time on site unloading. Typical day averages 2-4 deliveries. Typical 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday ending before 3:30PM. Potential for overtime and early start on as-needed basis. Seeking responsible, self-directed candidates with good communication skills and commitment to safety.
