Quality Control
Our Quality Control Team of ACI Level -1 and NPCA-certified technicians perform daily batch testing and evaluate material performance to ensure you receive only the best concrete for the job.
For the 2nd consecutive year, Monarch Precast receives the NPCA’s Top 25 Quality Assurance award.
The NPCA’s plant certification program is the benchmark for Quality Assurance for North America’s precast concrete manufacturers. With over 400-precast concrete manufacturers participating in the NPCA’s program, to obtain ‘Top 25’ status for 2021 is both an honor and a testament to the hard work, tenacity and talent of the entire team at Monarch Precast.
To receive this award two years running (for both 2020 and for 2021) speaks to the strong culture of Excellence that exists at the company – each of us at Monarch Precast constantly strives to improve and to ‘hone our craft.’
The NPCA’s quality assurance program is rigorous and requires collaboration across the entire organization. It is not just the job of our Quality team, but represents our company’s shared core value of Excellence. Our obsession with Excellence at all levels unites our commercial, production and logistics teams with the objectives of our customers. This is the third Top-25 award the company has received in the past five years. 2021 was also the fourth year in the last six where Monarch Precast received a perfect ‘100’ points from the NPCA.
