Master Precaster is an intensive training program for professionals in the precast concrete industry. Participants complete in-person and virtual education on production, safety, technical, quality control and leadership. The program was developed in conjunction with precast industry experts, producers, departments of transportation and academia and is part of NPCA’s Precast University.
“By earning the Master Precaster designation, Chance has exhibited an in-depth knowledge of precast processes, technology and management,” NPCA president Fred Grubbe said. “Graduating from this program takes specific training and dedication that shows they are committed to being among the best within the precast concrete industry.”
Based in Carmel, Ind., NPCA has represented manufacturers of industrial plant-produced precast concrete products and the suppliers of products and services for the industry since 1965, providing members with the programs and information required to operate a successful precast plant. NPCA operates the industry’s largest and most comprehensive plant certification program, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute.
