Commercial Pump Stations

Dave Wentz

Monarch’s capacity to bid, design, and build fully packaged pump stations, from custom dosing applications to hospital grade climate-controlled units, allows us to solve unique challenges.

From initial bid, to vendor submittals, to production and delivery, there are many moving parts to this type of work. Many commercial applications required by hospitals and the food industry for example involve a variety of interconnected parts, such as PVC pipe, iron and stainless steel, enhanced valve controls and large pipes.

Every job poses its own challenges and rewards. Monarch has experience on wetland projects working around the conservation of Bog Turtles, to vineyards relying on our expertise to assist with the fertilization of their fields, to the assistance of manufacturing a large size pig smoker.

Ummer is one of Monarch’s newest team members, having earned his undergraduate degree in Engineering and graduate degree in Project Management at the University of Maryland. “These are large installations that require a high-level skill set in project management, and mechanical engineering” explains Ummer.  From initial bid, to vendor submittals, in-house production, and delivery, there are many moving parts to this type of work.  All of Monarch’s pump stations are manufactured and packaged at our fabrication shop to allow the highest level of quality and simplification of installation.  Many commercial applications required by a range of industries involve a variety of interconnected parts, such as pumps, break away fittings, piping, and control valves.  Every job poses its own challenges and rewards.  “Monarch has experience on a variety of projects which include pumping stations for new construction of warehouses and fulfillment centers, vineyards relying on our expertise to assist with the fertilization of their fields, and manufacturing a commercial size pig smoker,” says Ummer.
