With 39 years of hands-on experience, Jill is perfectly capable of working on any type of commercial storm and sanitary water project … small and large. “Environmental needs have changed over the years,” says Jill. Increased water run-off from creeks and rivers has led to larger scale project installations – ranging from 7- to 10-square feet. Our team environment and dedication to service with excellence, enables Jill to work directly with engineers to address the demands placed on them by getting the specifications right from the start. This approach is what has allowed Monarch to maintain its position as the premier precast concrete supplier in the region.
