Having received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Dave has worked in the industry for over 30 years, while teaming up with Monarch for the past 24 of them. Whether placed in the mechanical room of your building our an outside pit, Dave will work directly with contractors, engineers and water authorities to ensure the utility meter vault meets all of their requirements.
“I’ve been fortunate to have worked with property owners of our region’s largest warehouses and shopping centers, as well as many small office buildings, restaurants and places of worship,” says Dave. He encourages everyone to work with him directly at the design stage of the project, so that he and the Monarch team can review for accuracy the necessary details and specifications of the plans. At Monarch, we take pride in partnering with our customers to create solutions that help them get the job done. A recent example is our newly released, stock trench drain. Designed based on your feedback, Lead Engineer Dave Wentz and Production Manager Kevin Mory collaborated with Jill Kratzer to develop a stock, commercial-grade trench drain! 12’-6” in length to accommodate short runs with end wall knockouts and cast bolt pockets for sectional linkage on larger traffic access ways. Offset sidewall knockouts support preexisting piping configurations and at 18”depth, the trench will handle most sump requirements – you can add stone or pour the sloped floor that the job requires. Triple grate configuration allows ease of access with an exterior, heavy duty frame configuration which can handle heavy commercial and industrial traffic.
Most importantly – these bad boys are in stock and ready for immediate delivery/pick-up.
